Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and enterprise integration. This role blends hands-on delivery with cross‑functional leadership to advance knowledge‑based AI adoption.

You will mentor a diverse team, guide firmwide AI adoption, and stay current with AI trends while ensuring governance, compliance, and scalable platform development to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of AI foundation models and tooling.
• Experience with observability, safety, governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (NVIDIA, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiar with Agentic patterns: orchestration, loop engineering.
• Familiarity with AI-native development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while guiding adoption.
• Lead knowledge AI systems for customer opportunities and platform development.
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
