Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to drive transformation programs and build AI-native solutions for clients in a globally connected environment. You will lead engagement delivery, manage budgets, and mentor large cross-functional teams, including offshore consultants and developers.

The role requires strong consulting experience at senior levels, expertise in NOW Assist and AI tools, and willingness to travel up to 60% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow or equivalent platform implementation.
• 2–5 years NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Minimum one of the following ServiceNow certifications: Suite Certification – NOW Assist for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
• Ability to develop presentations, roadmaps, and present ideas to all levels of management.
• Travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics effectively.
• Build and deploy AI-native solutions, partnering with EY’s AI & Data team to define and deliver end-to-end AI strategies.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality; lead both technical and non-technical project teams to implement technology solutions and infrastructure.
