As Senior Manager, Agent Trust & Security, you will lead an engineering team building the security foundations of Workday's agent registry: identity, authentication, and how customers verify what is running.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of production systems.
• 3+ years in security-critical systems—authentication, authorization or identity.
• Hands-on AI code generation tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and grow a security-focused software team for the agent registry.
• Shape agent identity, authentication and authorization across the platform.
• Collaborate with Agent Passport and security teams to ensure verifiability.
• Balance customer needs with security design and product judgment.
• Partner with multiple teams to maintain consistent security.
• Make AI code generation central to development and measure impact.
• Translate direction into written plans with milestones and risk flags.
