Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for the Agent Factory team to own AI-powered HCM agents and related infrastructure. You will guide customer-facing agents or the underlying frameworks used by Workday’s application teams, ensuring scalable, production-ready AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with domain Product Managers to maximize business value, balancing speed, inspiration, and curiosity about emerging AI techniques.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management, AI product, enterprise software, data science, or related experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading product teams.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Agent Factory HCM Agents, aligning with company objectives.
• Develop frameworks to rank AI platform features and guide investment.
• Communicate vision to inspire internal teams and external audiences.
• Lead product managers to translate strategy into action with a test-and-learn approach.
• Coach and mentor team to grow expertise in product management best practices.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure AI agents impact and adoption.
• Develop pricing and monetization models for AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and marketing for go-to-market delivery.
• Conduct customer research, interviews, and usability studies to ensure real business value.
• Present roadmap updates and performance reviews to executives and partners.
• Manage Early Adopter programs across AI initiatives for customer value and risk mitigation.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and enable other teams to build capabilities.
