Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Manager of Agent Trust & Security to lead an engineering team building the security foundations of our agent registry. You will drive authentication, authorization, and verification strategies, leveraging OAuth and credentialing technologies.

This hands-on leadership role requires reviewing designs, guiding AI-assisted coding, and delivering secure, scalable solutions. You will partner with the Agent Passport and other security-focused teams to ensure consistent

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of teams.
3+ years in security-critical systems (authentication, authorization, identity).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead, hire and grow a team of software engineers with a focus on security.
Define how agents are identified, authenticated and authorized across the registry, leveraging OAuth.
Collaborate with Agent Passport team on identity, credentials and verification for customers.
Bring product judgment to security features in collaboration with product management.
Coordinate with peer teams across agent registry, gateway, and security to ensure platform-wide security alignment.
