Workday is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end AI solutions for global customers. You’ll orchestrate data flows, integrations, and configuration across Native AI Agents, the Workday Agent Platform, and Sana to deliver trustworthy AI experiences.

You will guide technical workstreams, advise executives, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale Workday AI, while upholding ethical AI principles and security standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, architecture, and technical consulting, including leading complex multi‑system initiatives.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments (LLMs, RAG, AI‑driven workflows)
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments for Principal level

Responsabilidades

• Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions across the Workday ecosystem, including data flows and integration patterns.
• Advise C‑suite and senior technical leaders on AI architecture and business value.
• Lead technical delivery for AI workstreams, including configuration, integrations, data prep, privacy and security controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the AI tooling and Sana integration capabilities.
• Design patterns for Workday AI interactions with third‑party systems ensuring data integrity and security.
