Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years experience, or Masters with 4+ years.
• Experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial insights.
• Experience leading end-to-end primary market research, including scoping, analysis, and communication of findings.
• Demonstrated product management experience with defining needs, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI business solutions and translate business questions into requirements.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from definition through deployment, adoption, and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (analytics, commercial, AI&D, external partners) to scope and deliver solutions.
• Drive platform adoption, define KPIs, and oversee change management and continuous improvement.
