Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager in Hybrid roles to lead delivery of Agentic AI insights products, bridging research, analytics, and business teams. You will define roadmaps, translate business questions into capabilities, and drive adoption across cross-functional partners.

Masters degree and 4 years of experience
Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience
Associates degree and 10 years of experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Responsibilities

Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver AI insights tools.
Manage executive updates on progress, risks, and performance.
Drive adoption of Agentic AI solutions and track KPIs.
Support change management and continuous improvement of insights workflows.
