Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Value & Access Insights Cross Portfolio Innovation to lead analytics-based value-evidence strategies and accelerate innovative contracting capabilities across the U.S. portfolio.
The role requires strong business judgment, cross-functional influence, and the ability to deploy analytics from concept to impact. The position reports to the Director, Value & Access Insights and offers a flexible commuter arrangement to Thousand Oaks, CA with on-site work two days
Qualifications
- PhD or master's in relevant field with years of experience in biopharma analytics or market access.
- Experience developing value-evidence strategies for payer decision-making.
- Strong ability to translate analytics into business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-portfolio value-evidence strategy with multiple stakeholders.
- Identify evidence gaps and create reusable frameworks across brands.
- Advance contracting capabilities and translate needs into use cases and workflows.
- Own roadmaps for analytics products like CIQ and PEP AI.
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
- Support ad hoc pricing and contracting analyses as needed.
