Amgen seeks a Neural Nexus Agentic AI Senior Manager in Thousand Oaks, hybrid role, two to three days on-site. Lead the delivery and adoption of insights and analytics tools, shaping high-visibility products from concept to launch to deliver value for commercial decision-making.

You will bridge primary market research, analytics, marketing, and technology to translate business questions into actionable AI-enabled solutions, guiding cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Masters degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Associates degree with 10+ years of experience.
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years of experience.
• Significant biotechnology/pharma commercial insights experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end primary market research.
• Product management experience defining user needs and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI capabilities in insights workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled insights tools.
• Translate business questions into research and product requirements.
