Ingenio is a global media and technology company building products that guide love, relationships, career, health, and life. We seek a Senior Manager, Seller Experience to shape the Advisor community strategy and lead seller engagement across product and marketing.

You will collaborate with teams, manage initiatives end-to-end, and drive revenue opportunities while nurturing a thriving advisor network. This role requires in-office presence in San Francisco at least 2 days per week (Tuesdays &

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience with significant community and marketing experience
• Clear and persuasive communicator with impeccable follow-through and attention to detail
• Excellent relationship building skills with a wide variety of personalities
• Pragmatic problem solver who tests solutions and takes initiative
• Experience in digital marketing and/or content creation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling vision for the Advisor community and a tactical roadmap
• Define and manage metrics to measure community health and performance
• Act as internal voice of Advisors in strategy, policy, marketing and product decisions
• Raise the bar for Advisor delivery with education and development programs
• Develop written materials including product messaging, FAQs, and blog posts
• Design onboarding content, automated communications, and site features
• Regularly communicate with the Advisor community via forums, webinars and other channels
