Ingenio, LLC is hiring an Advisor Success Manager to grow advisors’ businesses across our platform. You will build lasting, multilingual relationships with independent professionals across multiple brands and help them optimize services for sustainable revenue.

The role supports advisor onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, retention, and offboarding, while leveraging data to drive engagement and quality.

Qualifications

• Onboard through ongoing advisor lifecycle including activation, engagement, retention and offboarding.
• Develop and maintain advisor relationships as a trusted partner across channels.
• Identify trends and improvements to move engagement and quality.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and community-building is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support stages of the full advisor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build advisor relationships and provide strategic guidance via email, Zoom and webinars.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and drive better outcomes.
• Manage support tickets with high-resolution standards.
• Assist during platform changes and new feature rollouts with strong communication.
• Propose scalable advisor-management solutions including AI and automation.
• Capture feedback and competitive insights to drive product improvements.
• Experiment with influencer partnerships and community initiatives.
