Ingenio is a global media and technology company connecting advisors with users seeking guidance on love, relationships, careers, and more. The Advisor Success team drives onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement to help advisors grow their businesses on the platform.

You will build strong advisor relationships, provide strategic guidance, and use performance data to drive improvements across multiple brands. Remote-friendly, with diverse, multilingual communities in focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client success.
• Experience managing a large, diverse portfolio of external partners or clients.
• Data fluency to interpret performance data and drive change.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse advisor audiences.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
• Exposure to influencer management or creator partnerships is a strong plus.
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
• B2C or marketplace experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support stages of the full advisor lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Build advisor relationships as a trusted partner for day-to-day support and guidance across email, Zoom, and webinars.
• Identify trends and opportunities; run initiatives to improve engagement and quality.
• Manage support tickets with high resolution standards.
• Assist advisors through platform changes and new feature rollouts while maintaining service quality.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions including AI tools and automation.
• Channel advisor feedback and insights into product/ops improvements.
• Explore engagement formats like influencer partnerships to boost loyalty.
