Job summary

Ingenio's Keen marketplace seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead growth initiatives and turn the rebrand into tangible gains in conversion, revenue, and customer LTV.

You will own growth strategy, drive advisor-consumer matching and recommendations with AI, and partner with engineering and design to ship fast, high-impact experiences.

This role requires in-office presence in San Francisco at least three days per week and offers a path to influence product direction across the Keen platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years driving growth in consumer products with ownership of metrics (conversion, monetization, retention, or LTV)
• Proven track record shipping products that drive revenue impact
• Strong ability to translate insights into prioritized actions
• Experience with AI-enabled features or modeling is a plus
• Experience collaborating with designers and engineers on ambiguous problems
• Bonus: experience with matching, personalization, or search
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth KPIs (conversion, revenue, LTV) and shape long-term product direction.
• Lead strategy across growth areas: optimization, matching, personalization, pricing, monetization, retention.
• Improve advisor-customer matching through personalization and AI-driven recommendations.
• Identify automation to improve workflows and customer experience.
• Prioritize opportunities via data analysis and experimentation, run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, growth-focused experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn insights into product improvements and ensure adoption.
• Talk directly with customers and advisors to ensure product meets needs.
