Job summary

Ingenio is seeking an Advisor Success Manager to grow advisors' businesses on our marketplace. You’ll build relationships, act as growth consultant, and help multilingual independent professionals across Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang understand the platform and boost revenue.

You'll manage onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and offboarding, providing strategic guidance through email, Zoom and webinars, driving advisor success with data-driven

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or a partner/advisor-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of external partners or clients.
• Data fluency - interpret performance data, identify patterns, and drive changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse advisor audiences at scale.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
• Exposure to influencer management or community-building is a strong plus.
• B2C or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle stages of the full advisor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain advisor relationships as a trusted partner via email, Zoom, and webinars.
• Identify trends and opportunities; drive engagement and quality improvements.
• Manage support tickets with high-quality resolution.
• Support advisors through platform changes and new features with clear communication.
