Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering in the United States. You will lead advanced manufacturing initiatives, transforming hardware concepts into scalable production, and manage a multidisciplinary team in a high-mix environment.

You will drive DFM, process development, automation, and production readiness across machining, additive manufacturing, robotics, and assembly, partnering with design, materials, quality, and production

Formación

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, with aerospace or defense exposure.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies including additive manufacturing, robotics, and automation.
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept through production.
• Experience with high-performance materials and high-reliability applications.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as Siemens NX, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to access information and technology subject to US export control regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee manufacturing engineering from development through production.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team for design for manufacturing, process development, and advanced manufacturing methods.
• Establish team priorities, manage project timelines, and track milestones.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across complex manufacturing challenges.
• Partner with design, materials, quality, and production to influence hardware design and readiness.
• Promote design for manufacturability throughout product development.
• Lead projects from concept to production and ensure scalable, cost-efficient processes.
