Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a leader in the Information Technology space, focusing on manufacturability, lead time, and cost efficiency across custom mechanical parts and new service offerings. You will partner with engineering, software, and offshore teams to strengthen quoting accuracy and support data-driven design decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical training.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or costing/DFM.
• Hands-on experience with custom mechanical manufacturing processes including CNC machining and 3D printing.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerancing.
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with offshore teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
