The Senior Manager, Engineering role in a remote capacity drives senior technical leadership for Process and Manufacturing Engineering within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech setting. You will translate business priorities into robust engineering plans, elevate site capabilities, and ensure scalable, reliable production processes while shaping standards and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
8+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in people leadership.
Experience leading Process/Manufacturing Engineering teams.
Strong expertise in process development, validation, and optimization.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical leader for Process and Manufacturing Engineering.
Translate business priorities into engineering plans and capability improvements.
Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across sites.
Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
