We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and curious data professional to join the Workplace Investing Technology Data Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will be embedded within a delivery team focused on Fidelity Health offerings, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health & Welfare solutions.
As a key member of the team, you will help uncover insights that influence business strategy, product development, client outcomes, and participant engagement. You will support initiatives spanning acquisition, retention, customer value, measurement, experimentation, and executive reporting. Your work will directly contribute to Fidelity Health's ability to scale growth, optimize experiences, and maximize the value of its products and services.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of product and client analytics initiatives, delivering dashboards, reports, ad hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations that empower data-driven decision making.

The Workplace Investing Technology Data Analytics & Insights team is responsible for developing and deploying analytical solutions that deliver actionable intelligence, transformational insights, automation, and measurement capabilities across Fidelity's Workplace Investing business.
Through strategic partnerships with business and technology/engineering teams, we help optimize customer experiences, improve business performance, and support innovation through data-driven decision making.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
