Fidelity Investments is seeking an analytics expert to drive data-informed decisions and transformative customer experiences. In this IC role within Fidelity’s AACI team, you’ll deliver insights across datasets, from customer behavior to financial metrics, and influence strategic outcomes.

We are searching for an innovative and team-oriented analytics expert to spearhead data-driven projects that influence business strategy, eliminate customer obstacles, and improve the customer experience. In this Individual Contributor role, you’ll be an indispensable member of the AACI team, embedded within Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit.
You’ll work alongside an agile, interdisciplinary team with expertise across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product development - driving experimentation and personalization across the Fidelity experience.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
