In this role, you will be embedded within a product delivery team focused on Fidelity Health offerings, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health & Welfare solutions.As a key member of the team, you will help uncover insights that influence business strategy, product development, client outcomes, and participant engagement. You will support initiatives spanning acquisition, retention, customer value, measurement, experimentation, and executive reporting. Your work will directly contribute to Fidelity Health's ability to scale growth, optimize experiences, and maximize the value of its products and services.This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of product and client analytics initiatives, delivering dashboards, reports, ad hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations that empower data-driven decision making. **The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of experience delivering analytics and insights that drive business outcomes.* Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
