Talentedge is hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the US accounting function from Midtown Manhattan. The role is hybrid (2-3 days in Midtown).

Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 plus equity and benefits, with exposure to a high-growth SaaS business and coordination with the London-based finance team. The ideal candidate is a CPA with deep ASC 606 knowledge, a passion for automation, and the ability to partner with GTM and Legal teams on contracts and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day full-cycle US accounting function.

• Support CFO & Finance Lead (London) on FP&A / Strategic Finance.

Talentedge are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a hyper-growth VC backed SaaS scaleup on their 1st dedicated US hire.

It’s fair to say that we know the team well, having worked with the CFO many times over the years as both a candidate and hiring manager, as well having placed into the current UK team.

This opportunity is to be the first dedicated US Finance & Accounting hire owing to explosive US growth (>50% of their customers are in the US), working very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function based in London.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Own the day-to-day full-cycle US accounting function
• Continue to evolve the finance infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective, utilising AI at every opportunity
• Partner cross functionally in relation to contract review and structuring, with a particular focus on GTM and Legal (all US based)
• Support CFO & Finance Lead (London based) on FP&A / Strategic Finance
