Job summary

Talentedge is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager for its Series B SaaS in NYC. Hybrid work (2-3 days in SoHo) with a salary range of $160,000 - $190,000 plus equity and benefits.

The role works closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function and partners with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Legal to evolve the revenue infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate holds an active CPA, demonstrates strong ASC 606 grounding, and an automation-led mindset to continuously improve the tech

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CPA with active status.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge and experience.
• Experience partnering with GTM and Legal functions (US-based).

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue recognition in line with ASC 606.
• Lead the revenue close process.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to enhance revenue infrastructure and controls, leveraging AI where possible.
• Partner with GTM and Legal on contract reviews and structuring (US-based).

Revenue Accounting Manager | Series B SaaS | NYC

Hybrid working (2-3 days in SoHo, NYC)

$160,000 - $190,000 (depending on experience) + equity + benefits

Talentedge are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a hyper-growth VC backed SaaS scaleup on their 1st dedicated US hire.

It’s fair to say that we know the team well, having worked with the CFO many times over the years as both a candidate and hiring manager, as well having placed into the current UK team.

This opportunity is to be the first dedicated US Revenue Accounting hire owing to explosive US growth (>50% of their customers are in the US), working very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function based in London.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
• Lead the revenue close
• Work with Product & Engineering to evolve the revenue & accounting infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective, utilising AI at every opportunity
• Partner cross functionally in relation to contract review and structuring, with a particular focus on GTM and Legal (all US based)
• Support CFO & Finance Lead (London based) on wider accounting & finance activities

• Established and credible business partner the GTM & Legal functions – Significant experience on advising on new and renewal contract reviews
• Strong ASC 606 grounding
