Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years accounting experience with general ledger and close processes.
• Public company experience and SOX knowledge required.
• Experience with Netsuite and ERP close tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee cash, investments, fixed assets, accruals, leases, and equity accounting.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations for GAAP compliance.
• Support SOX controls and internal controls enhancements.
• Mentor accounting team and drive process improvements.
