Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance to own core accounting and finance operations for a fast-moving digital product organization. You will lead a team, partner with business leaders, and strengthen close processes, forecasting, and visibility into performance and risk.

You will influence growth decisions by evaluating the financial impact of expansion into new jurisdictions, while maintaining US GAAP controls and reporting discipline. Remote within the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting, financial planning, and finance operations.
• Significant accounting or controllership experience with U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal controls.
• 5+ years of people management experience in finance or accounting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial data visualization.
• Experience with subscription, SaaS, or technology-based revenue models.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will own core accounting and finance operations for a fast-moving digital product organization, with responsibility for financial stewardship, reporting discipline, and planning support. You will lead a team and partner closely with business leaders to strengthen close processes, improve forecasting, and provide clear visibility into performance and risk. The position also plays an important role in supporting growth decisions by evaluating the financial impact of expansion into new jurisdictions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $190,000 annually
