Ladders seeks a Director of Finance Systems to lead strategy, administration, and ongoing improvement of core finance systems for a growing healthcare organization. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Analytics, Procurement, and Engineering to strengthen financial processes and ensure systems scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems or ERP administration, with hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Led at least one finance system implementation from requirements gathering through support.
• Experience with IT general controls for financial reporting in an audit-ready environment.
• Governed a chart of accounts and built reports in NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Engineering teams on system workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Finance Systems to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of core finance systems that support a growing healthcare organization. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Analytics, Procurement, and Engineering to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting quality, and ensure systems scale with the business. The position also plays a key role in shaping controls, integrations, and responsible use of AI within the finance function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually
