Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Manager to lead the account implementation, RFP unit, and sales effectiveness initiatives. You will oversee standard and custom group implementations, guidance for proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Underwriting, Product, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including remote/hybrid work options

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in business operations, sales operations, account implementation, proposal management or related fields.
• Experience leading teams, managing complex processes, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change and execute strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered.

• Lead account implementation operations for all new and renewing group business.
• Oversee proposal support operations, including intake, prioritization, development, and delivery.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve implementation outcomes and sales support.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, scalability, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting growth and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies.
• Manage resource plans, staffing models, and budget recommendations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop leaders fostering accountability and collaboration.
