Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. The role provides operational leadership across pre-close and post-close cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with deal priorities and executive reporting.

You will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, and Finance to mature processes, playbooks, and reporting while coordinating diverse workstreams across a global portfolio. Remote options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, timelines, risks, and executive reporting needs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, security controls, vulnerability management, identity and access, endpoint security, cloud and infrastructure considerations, incident response, third-party risk, and data protection concepts.

Responsabilités

• Translate deal priorities, cybersecurity risks, integration requirements, and transition dependencies into structured plans and reporting.
• Provide operational leadership for A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution and post-close workstreams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams to align cybersecurity execution with business priorities.
• Lead or deputy lead for selected post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
