Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security team seeks a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations, guiding cybersecurity across pre- and post-close transactions.

You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, coordinate across ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance, and drive portfolio reporting, playbooks, and governance.

The role offers remote work options and requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, with MBA or MS preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, timelines, risks, and executive reporting needs.
• Strong ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable operating plans and governance routines.
• Excellent executive communication skills for summarizing risk, business impact, and progress for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, MedTech, manufacturing, or similarly complex global environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms for a growing pipeline of transactions.
• Lead or deputy DRI for selected ISRM post-close integration and divestiture workstreams, coordinating plans, owners, dependencies, status, and escalation paths.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, issues, decisions, and milestones.
• Develop and improve A&D cybersecurity playbooks, operating models, intake workflows, and governance processes.
