Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity integration across pre-close and post-close activities. This role drives portfolio execution, resource planning, and executive reporting in a demanding, global environment.

The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and ISRM to ensure secure, timely deal outcomes and mature operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• MBA or MS degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication for risk, decisions, and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases with reporting and governance.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting on performance, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and ISRM teams to align cybersecurity execution with business goals.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, workflows, and RACI models for A&D security.
• Support post-close integrations, TSA execution, and transition planning.
