Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• A&D Cybersecurity Portfolio Operations: Manage a comprehensive portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases, with timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Capability Resourcing & Oversight: Plan resources, onboarding, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms for scalable cybersecurity capability.
• Deal Security Enablement: Drive deal security initiatives, community of practice engagement, and consistent cybersecurity participation across transaction types.
• Reporting, Governance & Executive Visibility: Produce executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
• Post-Close Workstream Coordination: Lead or support post-close integration and divestiture workstreams with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Process Standardization & Operational Maturity: Improve playbooks, templates, workflows, and definitions of done.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and enhance reporting and workflows across teams.
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management: Track risks, open issues, remediation, decisions, and escalation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align cybersecurity execution with business priorities and timelines.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor contractors and team members for consistent delivery.
