Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Support Engineering - Infrastructure to lead a large, globally distributed 24/7/365 team of engineers who resolve complex customer issues with deep expertise and empathy.

You will design the operating model, staffing, and quality programs, and partner with Product Engineering and field engineers to scale capabilities while preserving the company culture and focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a 24/7 support function.
• 8+ years in technical support/operations, cloud infra experience preferred.
• Strong Linux, containerization, and Kubernetes background.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, health, and performance of the 24/7 infrastructure support function.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development of engineers.
• Serve as senior escalation point and ensure highest quality of support.
