Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in management liability claims or litigation.
• Excess liability claims or litigation experience is a plus.
• College degree and/or professional designation; JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle complex management liability claims including D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary Liability.
• Analyze coverage and draft complex coverage determinations and correspondence.
• Manage nationwide litigation, direct defense counsel, and pursue economical resolutions.
• Communicate developments to underwriters and internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Claims Manager and participate in training and initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to internal guidelines and reporting requirements.
