This Senior Claims Examiner role focuses on resolving moderate to high complexity claims, including D&O, EPL and Fiduciary Liability, from coverage enquiry through liability assessment and quantum analysis.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of management liability claims or litigation experience preferred.
• College degree and/or professional designation required, JD preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex primary and excess management liability claims, including D&O, EPL and Fiduciary Liability.
• Investigate and analyze coverage under primary and excess management liability policies; determine coverage; draft communications; manage coverage disputes.
• Manage nationwide litigation; appoint and direct defense counsel; seek expeditious, economical resolutions.
• Communicate developments with underwriting and internal/external stakeholders.
• Remark: provide training and act as a technical referral point for team members.
