Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex litigation and reserves.

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex claims.
• Analyze coverage and draft complex correspondence.
• Manage nationwide litigation and defense counsel.
• Coordinate with underwriting on developments.
• Support management with adverse developments.
• Collaborate within a claims team.
