Job summary

Metafora is seeking a Manager in Management Consulting to lead client accounts and deliver strategic projects for a range of clients from private firms to large enterprises. You will engage with C-suite executives to drive outcomes, identify solutions, and grow the client base.

You will manage multiple engagements, deliver high-quality deliverables on aggressive timelines, and contribute to practice development with new methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Engineering).
• 6–10 years in consulting or supply chain, transportation or logistics.
• Proven business development and ability to secure expansion opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; familiarity with Google Suite.
• Advanced data analysis: RoI, pivot tables, quartiles, scenario modeling, DCF.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to add value across project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own client accounts with direct engagement with C-suite executives.
• Identify and sell solutions to existing clients, driving growth.
• Manage multiple consulting projects (up to three) with high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations; facilitate executive workshops.
• Support business development with proposals and statements of work (SoWs).
• Help develop consulting methodologies, tools, and templates.
