Job summary

Citrin Cooperman seeks a Management Consulting Manager to join our Advisory Department. You will own large workstreams, advise clients on strategic, operational, and technology decisions, and design future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and business processes.

You will act as the primary day-to-day client contact, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor senior and junior consultants while contributing to the development of methodologies and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large workstreams or full engagements for clients.
• Advise on strategic, operational, and technology decisions.
• Design operating models, governance frameworks, and business processes.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact during engagements.
