• Masters degree required.
• Ten years of experience in related field.
• Security clearance NAC or capability to be granted one.

Responsibilities

• Support AFSC as management analyst and action officer for project analysis, workflow, briefing charts, suspense, records management, security inspections, travel and training management and tracking.
• Provide program office management support meetings and data management procedures in accordance with official guidelines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio to accomplish tasks and administer calendars and communications.
• Serve as action officer/facilitator for projects and meetings; provide QA on materials and pre-brief AFSC leadership.
• Maintain configuration management of taskings from pre-briefs and communicate to recipients.
• Manage pre-brief materials in SharePoint and Teams; maintain directorate SharePoint/Teams sites and security assurance capability.
