Job summary

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a qualified Management Analyst / Action Officer to join our team supporting the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC). The successful candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services to AFSC Logistics, assisting in project analysis, workflow management, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; able to create and manage reporting for leadership.
• Knowledge of Air Force guidelines for official communications, records, and policy.
• Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports for technical programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and calendars.
• Experience in data management and SharePoint/Teams site management, including document storage and collaboration.
• Experience supporting security inspections and maintaining compliance with security protocols.
• Ability to conduct research and analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for briefing leadership and preparing reports.
• Experience in administrative support, including scheduling and document preparation.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, act as an action officer, and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and assistance services to AFSC Logistics, supporting project analysis and workflow management.
• Develop briefing charts and presentations for leadership review.
• Manage suspense tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion per AFSC standards.
• Oversee records management and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
• Assist with security inspections and ensure protocol compliance.
• Coordinate travel and training schedules for AFSC personnel and related logistics.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for streamlined communication.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
• Coordinate tasking and information routing across teams and organizations.
• Conduct research, analyze data, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Consolidate findings to create packages for senior-level review and approval.
