Job summary

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Senior Management Analyst (MELA) to support the MELA team in evaluating export license applications for the Headquarters Air Force under the STAQSS II contract. The role requires strong ITAR expertise and an active Secret Clearance.

Based at the Pentagon, the position emphasizes policy analysis, regulatory research, and briefing readiness, with responsibilities ranging from data management to international technology transfer issues and compliance with DoD

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Master's degree in any discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience in a System Program Office or DoD environment.
• ITAR and MELA experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and assessing potential export agreements to prevent international transfer of U.S. technology.
• Maintaining current information on ITAR policies and missile technology controls.
• Developing and maintaining a database of export applications and regulatory information.
• Researching and providing draft recommendations on each MELA case and related policy studies.
• Recommending export policies to enhance Air Force security.
• Reviewing international technology transfer issues and country-to-country agreements.
• Monitoring foreign disclosure limitations and NATO-related issues.
• Performing other duties with COR coordination.
