Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This is a hybrid remote position in North Charleston, SC, supporting the ALECS program.

The role requires managing ITAR/EAR compliance, licensing strategies, and robust documentation, with travel per CONUS/OCONUS requirements. A bachelor’s or equivalent experience is expected, with strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in international trade compliance or similar role.
• Experience handling ITAR/EAR/OFAC regulatory requirements.
• Ability to draft export license applications and government authorizations.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, and auditing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume trade compliance tasks and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Collaborate on licensing strategies and draft export authorization applications.
• Maintain accurate records of determinations and license usage.
• Provide guidance on license authorizations, classifications (HTS/Schedule B) and compliance training.
• Assist with import/export documentation (AES filings, certificates) and regulatory changes.
