Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support policy development and management at our Washington, DC location. The role involves coordinating policy reviews, aligning with strategic initiatives, and working with senior leadership across departments.

The ideal candidate will bring ten years of related experience, strong written communication, and an active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related admin support experience in U.S. Government intelligence or similar communities.
• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with word processing and desktop publishing including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a business-related field.
• Counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination may be required.
• Active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Policy development, coordination, drafting, review and approval of organizational policies and guidance documents.
• Stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and drive policy initiatives.
• Policy library management to ensure documents are current and accessible.
• Operational support including managing data calls, responding to information requests, and contributing to policy system improvements.
