Job summary

Carrieraccessit is seeking a Managed Services Systems Lead to serve as the primary technical resource for clients and the Managed Services team. You will deliver high-level technical support, diagnose complex issues, and ensure stability, security, and performance across client environments.

You will lead a team of Systems Engineers, drive incident response leadership, and collaborate with Security, Professional Services, and Sales to align technology investments with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related technology experience.
• Moderate knowledge of network topologies and networking components including routers, switches, VPN Concentrators, and firewalls (hardware/software).
• 8+ years’ experience supporting Office 365.
• Experience supporting various security products.
• Experience with SAN storage and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support and act as trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Systems Engineers through guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate resources and ensure timely resolution of client issues and service delivery.
• Escalate complex incidents and manage the Escalation Board to follow through on tickets.
• continuously drive service improvement and maintain security and performance of client environments.
