Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior IT engineering leader for its Managed Services team. You will provide oversight, lead technical design reviews, and guide complex solutions across storage, mainframe, Unix/Linux, and virtualization environments.

You will mentor engineers, develop proposals, and help drive strategic initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service delivery excellence for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of IT engineering experience, or 11 total years with 5 years in large-scale, multi-tenant Data Center environments.
• Experience with enterprise storage, mainframe, Windows and Unix/Linux, virtualization, and networking infrastructure.
• Strong communication, project planning and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, design reviews, and guidance on Managed Services solutions.
• Lead client projects, design workshops, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Develop proposals, estimates, test plans, and documentation; support on-call incidents.
