Job summary

SHM Imaging department is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to deliver high-quality breast imaging and supervise the department. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff schedules, and work with the Breast Imaging Manager to maintain MQSA and ACR compliance.

The role requires ensuring patient safety, proper prep and positioning, accurate history documentation, and adherence to infection control standards while maintaining a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mammography operations, client imaging, and staff scheduling
