Hmixray is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to join our dedicated team. You will operate mammographic equipment, drive QC processes, and partner with the Training Mammography Director to onboard and train Technologists across RadNet sites.

The role emphasizes MQSA and ACR compliance, quality assurance, image quality, and collaboration to meet productivity and quality goals while safeguarding patient information.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment following policies and protocols.
• Travel to RadNet sites to assess training needs.

• Provide feedback and reviews for Technologists.
• Collaborate to set workflow efficiency and daily volume targets.
• Safeguard patient property and health information.
• Maintain on-site medications per policies and legal requirements.
• Engage respectfully with patients and coworkers.
