Radiology Forward is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to lead imaging teams and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The role requires coordinating training, ensuring MQSA and ACR compliance, and collaborating with radiologists and technologists to maintain quality and efficiency.

The position includes travel to RadNet sites to support regional needs. Strong ARRT(M) certification, state radiologic license, and BLS are required, along with experience using RIS/PACS.

Qualifications

• ARRT(M) certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Familiarity with RIS and PACS/software and imaging equipment is required.
• Must maintain quality standards in all imaging practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment following policies and protocols.
• Travel to RadNet sites to assess training and support needs for Mammography Technologists.
• Onboard and train Mammography Technologists ensuring MQSA and ACR requirements are met.
• Provide feedback and review of Technologist performance.
• Collaborate to develop workflow efficiency and meet productivity targets.
• Safeguard patient property and Health Information.
