Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Major Case Unit Director to manage complex claims in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of insurance claims experience, with a strong focus on General Liability claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of claims handling experience in the insurance industry.
• At least 8 years of General Liability claim experience.
• Experience handling litigated files and directing defense counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex exposure claims based on Claim Guidelines.
• Direct independent investigators and manage defense counsel.
• Establish contact with stakeholders throughout the life of the claim.
