Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for our Phoenix aerospace manufacturing operation. You will lead maintenance, facilities, utilities, reliability, and infrastructure, setting the site strategy and building a high-performing maintenance organization to support current production and future growth.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and site leadership to improve safety, reliability, and overall performance, while managing budgets and capital projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years in maintenance and facilities in manufacturing.
Experience leading supervisors, skilled trades, engineers, or maintenance pros.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the site’s maintenance, facilities, and reliability strategy.
Lead maintenance supervisors, planners, technicians, contractors, and facilities personnel.
Improve safety, reliability, delivery, and operational performance.
Oversee environmental compliance and regulatory requirements.
