Job summary

Chromalloy in Windsor, CT is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and facility operations. You will ensure production equipment, utilities, and building systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with aerospace, regulatory, environmental, and company requirements.

This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance technicians across shifts, troubleshoots complex technical issues, and builds a TPM program to improve uptime and maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Seven+ years hands-on maintenance experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• At least three years in supervisory or lead role over multi-craft teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and controls issues.
• Familiarity with TPM, maintenance metrics, and safety practices.
• Knowledge of FAA/ISO quality requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team across shifts and crafts.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime with technicians.
• Review work orders, PM programs, and equipment histories in CMMS.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee TPM design, rollout, and reliability improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and contractor management.
